また途中入場された方もチケチャ開始後10分以降は返金できませんので予めご了承の上ご参加下さい。
チケチャ開始10分以内に落ちた場合はキャスト側で返金対応を行いますが、返金20分ルールで返金が間に合わなかった場合は、各個人で配信運営に問い合わせて頂くことがあることをご了解下さい。

To prevent any issues, please purchase tickets after TicketCha has started.
TicketCha will be considered completed 10 minutes after the start, and refunds will not be available for any reason after that time. Please also understand that TicketCha refunds are only available for the lump sum coin used to enter TicketCha, and not for Lovence Vibration split coins.
Also, please note that refunds will not be available for those who enter midway through the event after 10 minutes from the start of TicketCha.
If you disconnect within 10 minutes of the start of TicketCha, the cast will refund you, but if the refund cannot be made in time due to the 20-minute refund rule, please understand that you may need to contact the distribution management individually.
